This is advanced professional work in the City’s Human Resources Department, labor relations division. Work involves facilitating labor/management meetings and hearings; conducting fact finding investigations; writing comprehensive reports and summaries; preparing complex and extensive spreadsheets and analyses; and providing advice, training, and other support to maintain Citywide compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as internal rules, regulations, agreements, and policies. An employee in this classification must be a highly proficient proof-reader; must have excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, must be able to interact with co-workers with considerable tact and patience, and must be able to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive information. The work also requires excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills; the ability to meet deadlines and goals with varying due dates; and the ability to competently assemble complex, detailed information to consistently achieve professional and accurate results.
Salary: $68,180 - $109,233
