Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium, MI is seeking a LABORATORY ASSISTANT II to join our team!

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Phlebotomy
• Specimen processing and requisition
• Answering the phone
• Interacting directly with patients, physicians’ office and other departments

HOURS : This position is Full Time; 0.94 FTE or 75.20 hours per pay period. Day Shift.

Experience / Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient care standards and general office practices normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a hospital laboratory or other medical setting strongly preferred.
