Flying S Titles and Escrow is a subsidiary of Title Financial Corporation (TFC).  We are looking for a Courier to join our team in Pocatello, ID.  This position is a Part-Time seasonal position.  The position has the position has the possibility to move into a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time position depending on the work load and performance.

This position is responsible for making pickups and deliveries in a timely manner. Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.  Greets and direct visitors in a timely, professionally, and courteous manner.  Answers, screens and routes telephone calls. Performs specific clerical duties and to provide support to the Title and Escrow departments. 

The ideal team member:

• Has the ability to walk frequently and carry packages in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

This position reports to the Vice President / County Manager.

Job Duties Include:

1) Responsible to make timely pickups and deliveries of documents, supplies, cash related items, the U.S. mail, and various other title or escrow materials between the Company’s offices and outside contacts, including real estate offices, financial institutions, public agencies and attorneys, while using a company vehicle. 

2) Responsible to make bank deposits and perform other banking transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

3) Must be able to prioritize schedules to meet delivery and banking deadlines.   

4) Maintain the Company vehicle and upkeep.

5) Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as order entry, scanning documents, filing, sorting and distributing mail, answering phones and maintaining logs of deliveries.

6) Represents the Company at all times through care in personal appearance and demeanor.

8) Must be in good physical condition to walk and carry packages in all weather conditions.

9) Ability to assist the escrow and title departments by performing general support tasks to maintain departmental efficiency.

10) Develop and maintain a client base by effective marketing and ensuring that clients are provided exceptional quality and accuracy in products and services. 

11) Communicate effectively and professionally with company employees and customers by phone, in person or through correspondence.

12) Supports corporate core values, purpose, goals and culture.

13) Reacts to change positively and productively, including as a result of the expansion of job responsibilities and expectations.

14) Adheres to all company policies and standards, including the expectation of prompt, predictable and regular attendance.
