Dental Lab Admin: Crane Dental Laboratory, Inc.

Full Time Position Available: Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM– 4:00 PM. Friday 8 AM- 1 PM

Under the direction of the Admin Manager perform a variety of administration duties. Clerical duties involve answering phones, shipping and receiving, billing and routing drivers. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Open, enter and schedule cases, using proper infection control procedures and prepare for lab or outsourcing
• Review and invoice completed cases
• Answer phones and respond to all requests, investigating inquires when necessary.
• Wrap finished cases and distribute to drivers for delivery, noting specific timing requirements.
• Assist with filing and record keeping.
• Pay is based on experience
