Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator jobs in Fargo, ND

Primary

• Provide technical desktop support to end-users by working to assess, troubleshoot and resolve operational anomalies and errors
• Implement/Install or work with MSP on all desktop changes
• Monitor and manage report on desktops
• Maintain Inventory Control procedures for the bank’s hardware and software
• Manage all activities related to the internal Help Desk including working with vendors to complete helpdesk requests
• Maintain the Help Desk log
• Maintain identity access management, including all user changes and reports
• Maintain the desk phone changes for users
• Escalate items as needed to the next level or vendor support
• Assist the IT Team and/or vendors as needed
• Provide detailed documentation of all procedures and policies that need to be maintained or implemented.
• Maintain current knowledge of information systems technology and regulations
• Participate in the recommendation of upgrades of hardware and software, or modifications to procedures to improve efficiency, system integrity, security and maintain regulatory compliance
• Provide individual or group training for personnel on the capabilities of specific information systems technology
• Uphold confidentiality of customer conversations, information and proprietary bank information

Secondary

• Knowledge of the various products, services and delivery systems
• Expected to deliver consistent, superior customer service in accordance with BankNorth standards
• Provide support and service to co-workers to maintain and enhance customer service
• Professionally represent BankNorth in community affairs and civic organizations

Additional

• Follow established opening and closing procedures
• Participate in training and bank meetings as related to position
• Travel to bank locations as needed
