JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing in-house technical support for end-users of the bank’s desktop platforms. Answer questions and resolve problems regarding all aspects of the bank’s desktop systems and manage and maintain the bank’s Help Desk services and procedures and maintain the help desk log file.
