The HR Information Systems Manager will be responsible for the design, development, analysis, and maintenance of the HR IT system to achieve business objectives. Participates in new implementation efforts, ensuring existing system integrity. Resolves system processing issues and identifies process enhancement required to improve operation efficiencies. Implements solutions to leverage technology and integrate new functionality. Responsible for developing and maintaining HR related reports and responding to a variety of data requests from across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in human resources, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Six (6) – eight (8) years of HRIS or HR generalist/ specialist experience.
• Systems implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
• Must be able to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, manage multiple projects and coordinate requests to successful completion.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience participating in projects including system integration, data reporting/ analysis and system upgrades/ implementation.
