Beverly Orthopedic Lab is located in Montebello, CA. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who is willing to contribute to our growing office.

Daily Responsibilities for a Medical Front Office Admin:

• Scheduling Appointments
• Answering phones
• Insurance verification/ authorizations
• Check in/Out
• Collecting copays and deductibles

Requirement for a Bilingual Medical Front Office Admin:

• Must be confident and assertive
• Must be able to multitask and stay organized
• must be eager to learn and be professional
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must have variable reference showing dependability, great work ethic, and positive team attitude
• Must have great customer services skills
• Must be able to multitask and pick up quickly

Hours for the Position :Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
