Position Overview
The Information Systems (IS) Coordinator will assist in the operation and maintenance of the technology infrastructure at American Promise. This individual will be responsible for assisting in technology projects, integrations, and acting as a point person for day to day operations supporting the American Promise team. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience with Salesforce, specifically with user administration, report generation, dashboarding, flows, and data integrity. The candidate should also possess knowledge of standard business cloud platforms, help desk operations, user provisioning, and hardware support. This role will require the candidate to work across teams at American Promise in support of both internal and external operations. This position will require occasional travel to conferences, events, and team retreats.
Key Position Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration: Experience with end-user support and management of users, reporting, dashboards, flows, and installation of Salesforce apps. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
While not required, it would also be great if candidates brought:
Experience in a 501c(3) / 501(c)(4) non-profit environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience in cloud systems administration, technical support, or related field.

Location: Position is remote, or hybrid option at our Concord, MA office if located nearby.
