Information Systems (IS) Coordinator Opportunity
Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to children, adolescents and adults at our 86-bed facility in Panama City, FL and outpatient services to adolescents and adults at our three outpatient centers located throughout the Florida Panhandle. Additionally, we offer specialized treatment for active duty military members through our Military Resiliency Program, specialized chemical dependency treatment and TMS therapy for chronic depression.

The Information Systems Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, and performing technical support activities associated with the setup, maintenance and installation of the hardware and software systems. Duties include installing, configuring, troubleshooting, repairing, and managing system components and coordinating customer support through the Corporate Help Desk when necessary.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs IT support to staff of ECBH and outlying clinics troubleshooting all IT issues and providing solutions in a timely manner. Provides off hour support outside normal shift hours as needed.

Processes System Access Forms for new employees and current users to have access to needed system such as HMS, Midas, Lawson, HCS, etc. Maintains the users and profiles network access to server.

Coordinates and assists outside contractors and vendors during maintenance, administration, and installation of IT systems. Informs CFO of any unresponsiveness on the part of vendors.

Maintains inventory log of all hardware, including purchase dates, warranty dates, serial and model numbers, configuration, location, maintenance coverage, versions, and descriptions.

Evaluates current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements. Conducts corporate projects to streamline IT processes. Prepares and delivers operational or project progress reports as requested.

Keep up-to-date with industry developments and products. Attends Corporate IT webinars as required.
- Develops, communicates, and revises policies and procedures for department in conjunction with CFO and Corporate IT.

Prepares and monitors, in conjunction with executive leadership, the Departmental annual budget. Ensures that expense and operating budget is within approved budget, excluding any approved variances.

Consistently maintains a professional attitude, communication, and approach with all managers and staff. Promotes solution-focused culture between functional areas.
- Meets regularly with CFO to inform/discuss any IS needs.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or higher in related field preferred.
- Two (2) years related experience required. Hospital IT experience preferred.
- Ability to apply technical and computer/software skills. Excellent communication and service excellence skills. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task and change direction quickly.

Active driver’s license with record that meets Facility and Corporate Risk requirements.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the Facility and travel to all ECBH Locations.
