Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator jobs in Spartanburg, SC
Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator coordinates, develops, and maintains the scope and performance of laboratory information systems projects. Maintains project documentation by formulating and implementing policies and procedures. Being a Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator maintains and updates the system. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify mechanical problems
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair optionsRequirements:
- Available to work 3:00PM-1:30AM Monday-Thursday - Training for 2 weeks hours may vary.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an automotive technician training program or relevant certification
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environmentNote: Veterinary terminology, laboratory techniques, math, data collection, scientific research, and research development are not relevant to the position of Automotive Technician.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
