Laboratory Technician (Full-Time)

Gribbles Scientific is part of Awanui Group (previously known as Asia Pacific Healthcare Group- APHG), the largest network of human and veterinary pathology laboratories in New Zealand. Gribbles Scientific provides a range of laboratory services to clients throughout New Zealand. We operate in conjunction with the Gribbles Veterinary laboratory.

Our Dunedin Laboratory based at Mosgiel is currently offering an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a permanent full-time (40 hours per week) technician to work in our Microbiology Media Preparation laboratory.

We are looking for the following skills and attributes:

• A BSc or Diploma in Science is preferred
• Experience in a laboratory setting would be an advantage
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required
• Attention to detail and experience with Excel spreadsheets
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm, energy and a driven outlook
• Eligibility to work in NZ
