Laboratory Manager jobs in Gastonia, NC
Laboratory Manager manages the daily activities of the laboratory. Develops laboratory policies and procedures and issues updates as needed. Being a Laboratory Manager plans and designs experiments. Estimates the time and resources needed to complete projects. Additionally, Laboratory Manager orders and inspects materials and equipment and maintains detailed and accurate inventory of lab supplies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Laboratory Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Laboratory Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. **Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and possess knowledge of loan processing procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
- Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy
- Verify applicant information, including employment and financial data
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure timely processing
- Prepare and submit loan files to underwriting for approval
- Coordinate with mortgage servicing teams for loan closing procedures
**Qualifications:**
- Experience with BPL including RTL (fix and flip), new construction and DSCR loans preferred.
- Experience in loan processing or related field
- Knowledge of escrow, underwriting, and credit analysis
- Familiarity with loan origination systems and basic math skills
- Understanding of mortgage servicing practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with loan officers and other team members
