Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting practices and financial concepts, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Oversee administrative staff and allocate tasks accordingly
- Maintain accurate financial records using software such as QuickBooks, and Excel.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll
- Perform journal entries and reconcile accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in accounting principles, including GAAP, debits, credits, and financial concepts
- Familiarity with accounting software: QuickBooks, and ability to learn our lab program.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Udell Dental Laboratory is located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. We are a 3rd generation family owned dental laboratory. Dental office experience would be preferred, but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
