The new Manager of Laboratory Services will join a community medical center recognized by the Washington State Hospital Association for delivering outstanding care to the community it serves. Leading the in-house testing team the Manager of Laboratory Services will have full command of the department and report directly to the Executive Director of Operations while working with all members of the current management team. This Manager of Laboratory Services will be working closely with the Quality department to evaluate new procedures and equipment.

The Laboratory serves as a vital component of the hospital's healthcare services, supporting diagnostic and treatment processes for patients. Working in this role, the Manager of Laboratory Services would have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals, including the excellent MD's who oversee patient care and the exceptional techs who perform diagnostic tests and analyses. The Manager of Laboratory Services will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and high standards of the hospital's laboratory services. The core functions of the Manager of Laboratory Services consists of providing the opportunities of education and professional development. The Manager of Laboratory Services is responsible for maintaining compliance with billing regulations but the role will also require a professional demeanor, adherence to organizational policies, and effective communication with team members and support groups to uphold the hospital's values and standards
