M1 Labs is looking for a dynamic and driven individual who is looking to further their career in our growing laboratory!

M1 Labs was Founded in 2019, and born out of the necessity for more advanced testing to combat the opioid crisis. We invested in state-of-the-art equipment and took the proprietary approach to drug detection in both urine and oral fluid samples. Our goal is to help avoid addiction before it even starts. We have the science provided by a large-scale National Lab, with the Customer Service and White Glove Service only possible through the Committed Team of our organization.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory, chemical, physical or biological science.
• Willingness to gain specific LC-MS and Chemistry Analyzer experience is required
• Positive Mental Attitude - ability to learn from those with more experience, and share experience with team.
• Willingness to learn every facet of the lab.
• Work directly in the wet lab accessioning, preparing and maintaining biological samples.
• Follow established standard operating procedures to prepare samples, mobile phases, diluents, maintenance instrumentation and assist where needed.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative on instrumentation maintenance.
• Data Entry and verification of information.
• Learn the ability to fill in and perform any role necessary.
• Participate in the automation of report formatting and workflow to make report creating fast and efficient using Google, Office and Laboratory Information Systems.
• Willingness to gain experience in the laboratory processes.
• Eagerness to gain experience in Sciex Instrumentation, and using an Indiko Plus Analyzer.
• Great communication is required.
• Must be willing to work with Oral and Urine Samples as well as mild chemicals
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and statistics.
• Willingness to learn clinical laboratory requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
