Position description
As the laboratory services manager, you are responsible for the overall organization, daily operation, and direction of all OakLeaf Clinics Laboratory locations. You ensure that your teams deliver on OakLeaf Clinics' mission of being dedicated to individualized and compassionate patient care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all projects and processes within the lab. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring lab staffing, equipment maintenance, accreditation, fiscal accountability, and quality assurance measures.
