As the Laboratory Services Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are operated in accordance with advisory and regulatory agency standards, maintain a fiscally sound budget, develop and implement department initiatives that align with the greater health system’s mission, oversee administrative operations, and ensure that the labs are operating at the highest standard of quality. 

The Hospital Lab Director will oversee three different facilities across Southern Pennsylvania and will be supported by an onsite Lab Manager at each facility. The Hospital Lab Director will have a Bachelor's in Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science, or a related Laboratory science field with a minimum 3 years of prior acute care hospital experience in a leadership role.
