Supervises laboratory personnel and operations to ensure compliance and quality in accordance with laboratory work process. Exercises authority over personnel decisions and responsible for the technical and scientific oversight of laboratory department.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Laboratory Services experience in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science
• Bachelor's degree or coursework equivalent to meet CLIA requirements.
• Licensure American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel (NCA) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or equivalent required. Additional state licensure as needed is required
