AS A SUPERVISOR OF THE LABORATORY, you'll supervise and direct the technical activities of assigned areas and/or shifts. Serve as general lab supervisor on weekends, holidays and in absence of lab manager. Perform lab testing as needed and prepares schedules and work assignments. Develop procedures and policies in accordance with state, Federal laws and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a degree in Medical Technology (4 years) or related field
• Must be registered as a Medical Technologist with ASCP or AMT or eligible to sit for the registry
• Must have good reasoning and communication skills
