- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations
- Collaborate with research and development teams to support ongoing projects
- Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions for testing
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during experiments

Skills:
- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Knowledge of molecular biology, microbiology, or related fields
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations for experimental design and data analysis
- Familiarity with research development in both industrial and academic settings
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
