Phlebotomy Supervisor

Position Type:

• Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, occasional weekends & holidays

Location:

• TriState Health-Clarkston, WA (primary location).
• Helps oversee TriState MOB, & WSU draw site locations.

Primary Function:
Under the direction of the Phlebotomy Manager, provides high quality phlebotomy services to our patients and clients.

• Supervise day to day operations at TSMH, MOB, and WSU.
• Creates schedule and shift coverage as needed.
• Monitor QC and daily maintenance.
• Counsel employees, assist with training, incident review, and follow-up.
• Help team collect in-patient and out-patient samples.

Experience Background:

▪ 1 year or more phlebotomy experience preferred.
▪ 1 year or more supervisory experience preferred.

Educational Background:

▪ ASCP certified or equivalent preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Signing bonus

• Lewiston, ID 83501: Relocate before starting work (Required)
