Lactation Consultant provides lactation support and education to patients and families. May plan and lead breastfeeding classes for expecting mothers. Being a Lactation Consultant is responsible for identifying and correcting lactation problems, and advising physicians and healthcare providers on lactation problems experienced by patients. Requires an associate degree in nursing or equivalent. Additionally, Lactation Consultant requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Role Mission: As a Sales Consultant, your job is to convert leads to tours and tours to sales at an acceptable ratio. You will be responsible for managing the customer relationship from the time they first make contact with Esperanza Homes until the home closes and funds.
