Lactation Consultant provides lactation support and education to patients and families. May plan and lead breastfeeding classes for expecting mothers. Being a Lactation Consultant is responsible for identifying and correcting lactation problems, and advising physicians and healthcare providers on lactation problems experienced by patients. Requires an associate degree in nursing or equivalent. Additionally, Lactation Consultant requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Build great relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs
Help our customers find the perfect products tailored to their lifestyle and requirements.
Order and dispensing of glasses and contact lenses
Providing aftersales support through repairs and adjustments
Work together as part of a team
Relevant operational and administrative tasks associated with the running of a store
Support other colleagues within the stores to develop their knowledge
About you

You build relationships with customers naturally, welcoming them into our store with a big smile. You will help our customers find their perfect eye wear products through choosing and dispensing of glasses, contact lenses and other associated products.
You are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering fantastic customer service and leaving a positive long-lasting impression.
You will enjoy learning about new products and already understanding and keeping up to date with brands and technical and regulatory aspects of the role.
It’s also a fantastic opportunity to add to your own development. Previous Optical experience is important for this role, andyou’ll receive ongoing training to help develop your knowledge and if you want to progress in your career, we have numerous opportunities to develop further.
