Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.   • NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association is recruiting for an Administration Manager to lead our administrative support team in our Asheville, NC office. Key responsibilities for this position include:

    • Providing leadership, feedback, coaching and employee development for a team of six,
    • Managing facilities for NTCA’s Asheville office location,
    • Supporting internal benefits operations area with administrative tasks and projects,
    • Coordinating registration and materials preparation for financial education seminars for NTCA’s member companies and participants in NTCA retirement plans,
    • Evaluating existing work processes and recommending enhancement to achieve process improvements.

    This position requires leadership experience, experience with facilities management, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and database applications. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and a high degree of familiarity with Microsoft products.
