    About being our Survey Project Manager

    As our Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for staff management and project oversight across various areas, including: Transportation Design, Right of Way Engineering and Mapping, design surveys, construction, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Mapping, Boundary Resolution, Records of Survey, Legal Description preparation, and GPS Control Surveys.

    Responsibility Highlights for our Survey Project Manager

    • Provide project management, technical oversight, and strategic direction, while accomplishing the strategic marketing plan objectives and achieving performance and profitability targets
    • Prepare scopes of work with associated fees and schedules, negotiate contracts including additional services, prepare presentations, proposals, respond to RFP's and RFQ's, and assist with recruiting, retention, and interviews
    • Use your knowledge of land surveying/mapping to support the technical work of other surveyors, CAD drafters, and sub-consultants
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to staff members, fostering their professional growth
    • Cultivate and sustain industry client relationships within the Southern California market

    Minimum Qualifications to be our Survey Project Manager

    • 5 years of progressively responsible Land Survey experience
    • 3 years' experience in Project Management is highly desirable
    • Proficient in industry standard software and management tools
    • Familiarity with state and county mapping requirements

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Professional Engineering (PE) License
