LAND ACQUISITION MANAGER

Position Summary: City Ventures is looking for a highly motivated Land Acquisition Manager to join the Northern California Team. If you are a self-starter and want to procure new land acquisition opportunities for ground-up development of residential projects in the Bay Area, then this is a great opportunity for you. The ideal applicant will have some experience, has great interpersonal skills, and can manage a variety of project tasks. Tasks range from fostering relationships with property owners, real estate brokers and government agencies – to analyzing large sets of property data to generate new leads, work independently to identify and manage land and distressed debt acquisitions throughout California.
This role is a Full Time Exempt position.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Compensation: Salary ranges from $90,000 - $135,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement for travel during the workday (not commute). Bonus potential 20%.
