Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. This position requires flexibility to work as a Team/Solo Driver. Flex drivers are responsible for filling in for drivers who
are out sick, on vacation, etc. Work consists of delivering aftermarket parts (lose package pieces i.e. hoods, bumpers,
doors, etc.) to dealerships. Drivers must be comfortable maneuvering a tractor-trailer in
tight corridors in car lots in (primarily in Chicago at night). This is a more challenging route – the ideal drivers will be
comfortable with city driving (Chicago) as they frequent the city often.
IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, WI (could cover any of the domiciles as needed. We would put them
up in a hotel if needed. – A lot of Chicago driving.
Depending on how far you live from Davenport could see home daily/nightly. Flex drivers will be home Saturday night -
Sunday night – Guaranteed weekend home time. Start back out Monday PM
Monday – Friday 1700 - 0030
New Hire Transition Bonus: $500– paid in full on second paycheck
