REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to help launch the Cornerstone Community Land Trust (CCLT). This is a contract position for 6 months, with an averaged expected time commitment of 10-15 hours per week. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager will work under the supervision of the Executive Director of the Erie County Land Bank and will report to the CCLT Board of Directors.
Deliverables:
1. Secure 501c3 designation.
2. Work with RHLS, Board and stakeholders on developing a Ground Lease, including the resale formula.
3. Support board and committee structure, and facilitate scheduling meetings
4. Establish records/filing system for contacts, meeting minutes, financial records.
5. Set up education/input sessions with banks, realtors, and community stakeholders (identify who they are, outreach, etc). Provide weekly reports to board regarding participation and discussion.
6. Establish bank account in coordination with ECLB and financial management procedures.
7. Write grant applications to support CCLT efforts.
8. Work with committee/Kyra on social media.
9. Assist with the transition once an ED is hired.
o If possible, start developing board and staff documents such as employee handbook, board documents such as COI, etc.
