Land Administration Manager jobs in Flagstaff, AZ

Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Land Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Land Survey Technician
  • Nexus Southwest Land Surveyors

  • Survey Technician should have extensive knowledge/ experience in the Land Surveying field. Experience with Trimble / Spectra equipment is a plus. Experience with AutoCAD or equivalent is a plus. This position will assist with or conduct field surveys including, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking. Ideal applicant would be able to pre-calculate and process field data. Must be able to hike long distances while carrying 30-50 lbs unassisted. Basic customer service skills required. Valid AZ drivers license and ability pass E-Verify check required.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
