Florent is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing world class customer service. The successful candidate must be well-versed in all aspects of property operations including leasing and lease ups, construction, maintenance, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident retention. The candidate must also be detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to work.
Florent will provide 150 luxury rental residences consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom options, concierge services, hotel-like conveniences, resident activities, and a collection of modern amenities, including pools, dog park and a private parking garage.
Primary Responsibilities
The Manager, Operations is responsible for administrating services to Southern Land Company customers, including residents, builders, Resident Advisory Committee (RAC) and Board of Directors by effective management of vendor contracts, efficient fiscal management, effectual project management, and enforcement of policies in accordance with governing documents for respective communities.
