Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Duties:
- Groom pets according to specific breed standards or customer preferences
- Bathe, brush, and trim pets' fur to maintain their appearance and hygiene
- Clip pets' nails and clean their ears
- Assess pets' skin and coat condition, and recommend appropriate grooming treatments
- Provide basic grooming services such as teeth brushing and anal gland expression
- Handle pets with care and ensure their safety during the grooming process
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
Qualifications:
- Must have at least (1) or more years experience as a pet groomer (cat and/or dog) at a mobile grooming company, grooming salon and/or vet hospital. At home grooms, grooms on personal pets and non-dedicated groomer positions will not count towards the (1) or more year experience requirement.
- Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
- Strong animal handling skills and ability to work with pets of all sizes and temperaments
- Familiarity with grooming tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality grooming services
- Strong communication skills to interact with pet owners and understand their preferences
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
