Land Administration Manager jobs in Lafayette, LA

Rental and offshore services provider with approximately 100 employees is looking to fill the position of office manager. Oil field experience preferred.

Specific job duties to include:

• General oversite of office operations with 100 employees
• Coordinate interviewing and training of new company employees
• Monitoring and maintaining an inventory of office supplies
• Maintaining employee records
• Managing company employee benefits administration with 3rd party providers
• Coordinating employee uniforms
• Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and directing them to relevant staff
• Provide back-up support for check writing and payroll/time reporting functions
• Coordinates billing for all service lines
