Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager in the Daphne, AL office.

    Dewberry offers a comprehensive and very competitive package of insurance programs to regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents the first of the month following their date of hire.     Responsibilities

    This position requires 10 years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.

    Required Skills & Required Experience
      Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
    • 10 years of experience
    • Proven Business Development Experience
    • Leadership and mentoring of project team
    • AutoCAD with Civil3D skills
    • Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction
    • Alabama Professional Engineering license
    • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Desire to work and manage in a team environment
