Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.   • We're a locally owned and operated homebuilder seeking a highly motivated Land Development Project Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire development lifecycle of our new communities, from raw land to finished subdivisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of land development projects, including feasibility studies, permitting, and infrastructure construction.
    • Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and other consultants to ensure project plans meet all specifications.
    • Secure bids, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors and contractors throughout the development process.
    • Maintain strict adherence to all safety regulations and building codes.
    • Must be able to categorize all bills and provide accurate cost codes on all Bills Payable.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality construction and compliance with plans.
    • Effectively communicate project progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in land development or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
    • Strong understanding of site development, materials, and building codes.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
    • Valid driver's license.
