Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. We are a private co-working community located in a historic office building on 6 beautiful creekside acres near Sebastopol. We offer a 0-3 onsite childcare program (with drop-in options available for older children) to help working parents maintain a close bond with their little ones while also honoring their professional responsibilities. For example, parents are welcome to come in and nurse as needed or just stop for a cuddle or quick play break throughout the work day.
Our educational philosophy draws upon Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and forest school principles, but most importantly offers a loving village-like environment in which little ones can safely and joyfully grow and learn about their world.
We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Childcare Providers for our care program. Also open to interviewing potential substitute teachers or temporary candidates.
