Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Duties
- Administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files, follow up the tasks
- Coordinate and manage properties lease and renew, maintain advertisements and communicate with applicants.
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
