We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant , to join the team at our Juniper Home and Community Care site, based in Bentley, with capacity to work at our Karrinyup hub if required.
Many tasks need completion to keep our Home and Community Care services running effectively. Working in a small team of administrators as part of a busy reception team, responsibilities will include taking phone calls and service enquiries, filing, data entry, record keeping and many other general administrative duties.
You will be part of a friendly team building a welcoming and respectful environment, engaging with and supporting customers.
You will need to be a professional, friendly, customer focused, flexible individual that can manage a busy phone system and reception area with a professional and accommodating approach.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on site. Hours of work are 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm on a fortnightly rotation.
Due to our operational needs the successful candidate will need to be able to cover these core business hours.
