 We are seeking to add a Mechanical Administrative Assistant. This person will review RO’s written by the mechanics and conduct a price comparison on the parts necessary to repair the vehicle. Once the information is obtained, they will work with the Account Manager to obtain approval from the customer to purchase the part needed for repair. Once approval from the customer has been obtained, they will place an order for the part and track the progress on obtaining the part. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Always provide efficient and courteous service to all customers and team members. 

2. Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach.

3. Maintain clean, orderly work area free of safety hazards.

4. Must have some knowledge of vehicle parts.

5. Must be well organized.

6. Must have basic computer knowledge.

7. Work well independently as well as a team player.

8. Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.

9. Performs other duties as necessary.

Requirements

· Education: High School Diploma.

· Skills: Should be highly organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. 

Requirements: 

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must possess a valid driver’s license.

· Environment: Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times.
