Land Administration Supervisor prepares, updates and maintains all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Coordinates activities of the land department.     Job Responsibilities

    • Order processing and sales support.
    • Initiate important emails and phone calls; document, execute and close the tasks with appropriate follow through.
    • Ensure company procedures are followed while lending a personal touch to create an efficient, pleasant, and welcoming office environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum associate degree preferred four-year degree.
    • 1-2 years or more experience within material management and sales leadership.
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

    Additional Requirements/Skills/Knowledge

    • Strong verbal, written, and interview skills.
    • Very efficient with ability to complete assigned tasks and deliverables by end of day.
    • Organizational, notes taking, retention and summation skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
    • Work through and adapt to competing time sensitive priorities.
    • Physical ability to lift 30 Lb boxes and perform materials management tasks.
    • Provide exemplary personable interaction with all.
    • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
    • Good ability to troubleshoot general office equipment.
    • Previous experience using an ERP system preferred.
