Land Administrator assists in the preparing, updating and maintaining all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Ensures all information is in compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulations. Being a Land Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Survey Technician should have extensive knowledge/ experience in the Land Surveying field. Experience with Trimble / Spectra equipment is a plus. Experience with AutoCAD or equivalent is a plus. This position will assist with or conduct field surveys including, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking. Ideal applicant would be able to pre-calculate and process field data. Must be able to hike long distances while carrying 30-50 lbs unassisted. Basic customer service skills required. Valid AZ drivers license and ability pass E-Verify check required.
