    We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a focus on Land Development to join our prestigious Engineering team. The successful candidate will work on an exciting variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and public infrastructure developments. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be involved in all stages of projects, from initial design through to completion.     Responsibilities:
    1. Planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities, such as roads, railroads, airports, bridges, harbors, channels, dams, irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems.
    2. Conducting feasibility studies, including site investigations, complex analysis of data (survey, geotechnical, hydrological, etc.), and assessment of potential risks.
    3. Designing and implementing site development plans, including grading and drainage strategies.
    4. Preparing detailed designs using CAD software and other design tools.
    5. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary project teams, including coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    6. Ensuring project compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
    7. Preparing and presenting detailed reports and project updates to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
    8. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
    9. Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.

    Qualifications:
    1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or professional engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
    2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in land development, site development, and grading/drainage.
    3. Proficiency in using Civil 3D or equivalent CAD software for designing and drafting.
    4. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies, as well as relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
    5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
    6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
    7. Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
    8. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to meet project requirements.
