Land Administrator assists in the preparing, updating and maintaining all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Ensures all information is in compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulations. Being a Land Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Land Administrator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. This position provides administration of the Land Management systems, data and processes. This position ensures the accuracy and completeness of the system of record for land-based information. Additionally, this position serves as a consultant to various constituencies within the City regarding the selection and use of appropriate technologies and business processes related to Land Management.
