We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. This position will be considered a Project Surveyor position. The intent for hire would be to place the new hire in responsible charge of managing projects from start to finish, including certifying the work. This position will primarily be in the office, but occasional fieldwork may occur.
```Requirements:```
- Project experience with Boundary, ALTAs, Easement/Right of Way Surveys, Land Development (Subdivisions), Topographic Surveys; GPS Control Surveys, As Built Surveys and Construction Layout.
```Experience:```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- 2-5 years as a Licensed Surveyor
- PLS Active License in Georgia (LSIT would be considered)
- Experience with various types of equipment. Total Station, Robotic Total Station, Base Rover GPS, Drone UAS and Auto Levels. (Manufacturers of Equipment for these not a big deal). In other words, our field crews are using these types of instruments daily, however there are many different kinds of manufacturers, but we can train anyone to use ours.
- Candidates are preferred to have experience in Retracement/Boundary Surveys, Topographic and Utility Surveys, Constructions Layout, And ALTA Surveys. Some may have more experience in Boundary Surveys that they do in Construction.
- Out of state candidates can apply but those individuals will need to relocate.
