Land Administrator assists in the preparing, updating and maintaining all land documentation, land maps and lease records. Ensures all information is in compliance with all local, state and federal agencies and regulations. Being a Land Administrator requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Land Administrator typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Job Overview:
Under the supervision of the Director of Stewardship, the Land Steward Intern will undertake monitoring, managing, and general stewardship of the Central New York Land Trust’s 56 preserves throughout Onondaga and Oswego counties. Interns must be able to be flexible in their work schedules to accommodate property emergencies and/or membership events, and be willing to travel to our various properties. Some weekend work required.
