Quail Creek and SaddleBrook Ranch is looking for a talented and experienced Land Development Project Manager.
5 years Civil Construction Experience is a MUST.
The project manager is responsible for tracking ongoing work in the field with subcontractors, interpreting blueprints for construction projects, making sure quality of work is performed, and approving payment quantities for progress payments on jobs. Also needs to be able to make field decisions on construction techniques / outcome when in question. Approves minor change orders for day to day work. Performs other job duties as assigned.
