Land Support Agent jobs in Alexandria, LA

Percheron Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor that will be responsible for coordinating office duties, in-field efforts, collecting field data, reducing and preparing field data, preparing scopes of work and providing levels of quality assurance and quality control. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of boundary and platting surveys, design topographic surveying, easements, metes and bounds descriptions, ALTA surveys, and route surveys.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, execute, and supervise general project surveying services,
• Develop and maintain positive client and internal company relationships,
• Ability to oversee, mentor and motivate a project team.
• Establish work plan and staffing needs for multiple large- and small-scale projects.
• Supervise, direct, or conduct office analysis to establish tract or parcel boundaries.
• Occasionally represent company at professional events and organizations.
• Assist in establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in our market areas.

Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor license in Louisiana is required,
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D,
• Ability to supervise and manage technical staff members,
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate,
• Attention to details, ability to multi-task,
• Ensure deliverables meet quality control standards.
• sUAS and/or Laser Scanning Experience is a plus.

Working conditions

• Open to Remote/Hybrid/ In Office
• Less than 10% travel per year
