Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for process improvements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
*Must be able to work until 6PM twice a week*
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus
