Land Support Agent jobs in Columbia, SC

To support our growth, The Mills Automotive Group is looking to add several experienced Jaguar / Land Rover service technicians to our team. Our starting pay rate for ALL our line technicians is between $26.00 and $30.00 per flat rate hour, BUT if your that Level 4 certified Jag or Land Rover Tech – WE WILL PAY YOU up to $55.00 per FRH. All our positions have the opportunity for significant incentives above the base rate - and start paying from hour one on day one!

What You Do:

• Conduct repairs, maintenance and inspections on FMC vehicles
• Line mechanic with all around experience
• Chassis, brakes, suspension, electrical and engine repair
• Inspect vehicles for repairs and service needs using multi-point inspections and test tools
• Document and report on items completed and in need of further service via repair order and dealer computer system (electronic repair order experience a plus)Complete and attend manufacturer training as required
• Supervise all other shop Technicians and assist with diagnostics, training, and scheduling

• Valid driver’s license, must pass background and substance abuse review

• Technical certification and training a plus
• State inspection license preferred
