Job Description:
As a FedEx Operations Support Agent you will work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.  Being part of a team, you will ensure that customers' urgent packages get to the right place, on time, providing customers a high-quality customer service.

Primary tasks

• Motivate, service and coach drivers
  
• Make sure that all deliveries and collections are done in the most efficient way and in agreement with our policies and standards
  
• Participate in implementing new procedures and processes
  
• Maintain positive communication and teamwork with drivers, customers and colleagues,
  

• Industry and dispatch experience
  
• Good knowledge of Zealand geography
  
• Written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
