Required: VA Professional Land Surveyor; 5 years experience in land development & public works projects; supporting teams for subdivisions, site plans, rezoning; supervising others; relationships and experience working with local municipalities and approval agencies. Typical services include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, boundary line adjustments, construction as-built / stakeout, builder packages, etc. Successful candidate will also be responsible for business development, survey client development, and RFP / competitive bid pursuit / pricing efforts.
